This place in Thiruvananthapuram seemed ideal for our growing family. The proximity to Sainik School Kazhakootam is a huge advantage, literally nearby, which saves us so much travel time. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments which are 1090 sq.ft built up, giving the kids enough room to play inside. The gated community aspect provides good security, and the presence of an Olympic size swimming pool is a definite plus for recreation. The price point between 31.6 Lakh and 36.84 Lakh is reasonable for the amenities offered. We are a bit worried about the traffic on NH 47 during peak hou, but it's a trade-off we are willing to make for the location benefits.
