The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is quite accessible, and it's good that it's near Garden City College. My parents will appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the presence of a clubhouse for their leisure. The landscaping and tree planting make the environment pleasant. The project is ready to move, which means they can settle in without much delay. A minor point of concern is the approach road to the project from the main highway, which can be a bit narrow and busy at certain times. I hope this improves with further development in the area.
