The area is developing, and it’s good that they have community buildings. My only slight worry is the construction status; it’s under construction until August 2028, and I prefer something ready. Also, the parking situation needs to be confirmed as it can get tricky in this area. The intercom and 24x7 CCTV surveillance are also good security features.
