Has included a gymnasium and a tennis court, which are good facilities. The location in Maraganahalli Village, North Bangalore, seems promising for growth. Being ready to move is a plus. I have found the parking situation for visitoto be a bit challenging during site visits, as the designated areas are not very large. However, for peonal use, the plot size itself is sufficient for a future home.

Seems to be a reliable developer. The area is developing, and it’s close to Maraganahalli Village. I liked the idea of planting in every plot. The biggest draw for me was the ready to move status, so I didn't have to wait long. I did notice the access road for the last kilometer is a bit narrow and unpaved, which might be a concern during the monsoon season. Overall, a good start for me.

My only concern is the distance to Yelahanka railway station, which is nearby. But the STRR and PRR connectivity should help in future.
