We liked the tennis court and the skating rink, which are great for recreational activities. It is located in Maraganahalli Village. The price point is reasonable for the area. A minor concern is the water storage capacity mentioned; we hope it's sufficient during peak summer months. The ready-to-move status was also important for our planning.
