Has installed lifts and earthquake-resistant structures, which were important factofor us. Being ready to move in was also a huge plus. The nearby Goa International Airport is convenient for visits from family. The only minor issue is that the internal roads and footpaths, while present, are not as wide as I would have liked. Overall, we are happy with the space and the quality.
