    My kids are studying at Nagarjuna Vidyaniketan, which is just a 4-minute drive from Comfort Pride. This was a major factor in choosing this flat. Aveksha Hospital is also very close, a short distance, which gives us peace of mind. The Ananthapura Gate Bus Stop is right around the corner, a short distance, making public transport accessible. The 2 BHK configuration we looked at had a built-up area of about 1200 square feet. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. Security is 24x7 which is good. The only issue we've found is that car parking can be a bit tight, especially during peak houwhen everyone is returning home. It's a nice, convenient location for families.
