    Moving into Comfort Lalbagh Residency was a good choice for my retirement. I chose a comfortable 2 BHK with a built-up area of around 1100 Sq.ft. The location in Jayanagar is peaceful, and the landscaping and tree planting provide a nice environment. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool on-site is a big plus for staying active. The project is ready to move, which means no construction delays to worry about. My only minor concern is the traffic getting out of South Bangalore during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes, but within the complex, it is serene. The price of 1.08 Cr for a 2 BHK felt reasonable for the amenities and location.
