I purchased a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1453 Sq.ft. The price was 53.62 Lakh, which is substantial but justifiable given the location and amenities. The project by Color Homes DevelopePvt Ltd was completed in November 2013. The gymnasium and cycling track are perfect for my fitness routine. The proximity to the Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road ensures easy access to other parts of the city. The power backup is also crucial given my professional. The only minor downside is the distance to the Airport Metro Station at nearby.
