I appreciate the gated community aspect and the 24x7 security, which provides peace of mind. The internal roads are well-paved and the landscaping is decent. As a chartered accountant, I looked at the potential for appreciation in this developing area. The Vastu compliant nature of the plots was also a factor in my decision. Everything seems to be in place for a good residential setup.
