We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and Coevolve Alcazar seemed like a good option. The location on Sarjapur Road is convenient, especially with Oakridge International School nearby, which is great for future planning. We looked at a 2 BHK apartment which had a built-up area of 1406 Sq.ft. The price range around 37.07 Lakh to 54.46 Lakh felt a bit high, but the builder, CoEvolve Estates, has a decent reputation. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. It’s nice that there is also a children's play area. The 2012 completion date means it's an older property, but it still feels quite solid.

We considered the 3 BHK apartments, which range from 1324 Sq.ft to 1945 Sq.ft built-up area. The initial price we saw was around 45 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The project was completed in 2012, so it’s not brand new, but it has all the essential amenities like 24x7 security and a gymnasium. The landscaping looks good too. My only concern is the traffic on Sarjapur Road during peak houcan be quite bad, making commutes difficult sometimes.

The location near Sarjapur Road is excellent for accessibility. Although the project was completed in 2012, it has been well-maintained. CoEvolve Estates included a yoga/meditation area and a party hall, which are nice additions. The price point in the 40-50 Lakh range was acceptable. My parents appreciate the 24x7 security and the swimming pool. The only minor issue is that the parking space can feel a bit tight during peak times.

The price of 37.07 Lakh seemed reasonable for the configuration and the ready-to-move status. CoEvolve Estates has provided good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and intercom facilities. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for me. The only downside is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value.
