I recently moved into a 2 BHK apartment in Coastal Karnataka DevelopeNandagokul. The super builtup area is 1200 sq.ft, which is perfect for me. Coastal Karnataka Developehas provided a ready to move option, making the transition smooth. The location in Bejai kapikad, on Anegundi Road, is fantastic. It’s very close to both Bejai Main Road and Bejai Kavoor Road, and more importantly, A. J. Hospital & Research Centre is nearby, which provides great peace of mind. The project has a luxurious feel, and the accessibility to these key landmarks was a major draw. I feel secure here with the amenities provided.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Coastal Karnataka DevelopeNandagokul and it's been a good experience so far. The super builtup area is around 975 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. Being close to Lourdes Central School and A. J. Hospital is super convenient, literally nearby. The developer, Coastal Karnataka Develope, seems to have decent quality construction. We looked at a few projects in Bejai kapikad, but this one had the best layout for our needs. The accessibility to the Edapally-Panvel Highway is also a plus for commuting. The only slight issue is the traffic on Anegundi Road during peak hou, but that's common in Mangalore.

The rooms are a good size, and the natural light is great. I'm quite content with the peaceful environment here.

Finally upgraded from our rental place! We chose a 2 BHK in Coastal Karnataka DevelopeNandagokul, which has a super builtup area of 1200 sq.ft. It's a significant upgrade and feels luxurious. The location in Bejai kapikad, right on Anegundi Road, is very accessible. It’s close to Bejai Main Road and Bejai Kavoor Road, making travel easy. We also liked that it is a ready to move property. The developer, Coastal Karnataka Develope, has a good reputation. The only minor concern is the parking space, which seems a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, we are happy with the space and amenities.

The overall construction quality looks solid. However, I do find the dust from the ongoing construction nearby a bit botheome during certain times of the day. Despite that, the luxurious feel of the property is undeniable and it’s a good investment.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Coastal Karnataka DevelopeNandagokul for my parents who live in Mangalore. The super builtup area ranges from 1350 sq.ft to 1750 sq.ft, so they have plenty of room. Coastal Karnataka Developebuilt this project in Bejai kapikad, which is a well-connected area. It's good that it is ready to move in, so they could settle immediately. My parents mentioned the accessibility to landmarks like the hospital and school is excellent. I am hoping the maintenance is good as I won't be there often to check. The location on Anegundi Road is also quite central.
