We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Whitefield and found CMGaruda Residency. The 1280 square feet 2 BHK was a good size for us, not too small and not too big. It's nice that CMEnterprises finished it back in 2011 so it's not a new construction, but it felt well-maintained. The price range was a bit higher than we initially expected, around 62.5 Lakhs for the smaller units, but the location is quite convenient. We liked the children's play area for future plans. Power backup is also a plus. Just hoping the traffic on Whitefield roads isn't too bad for our daily commute to work.
