I appreciated the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance; it makes me feel safe. The 2200 square feet 3 BHK flat is quite large, with ample space for my family visits. The paved compound looks neat and the availability of a lift is a blessing. Power backup is also installed, which is crucial. The only minor issue is the distance to Sampige Road Metro Station, which is around 3.5 kilomete, making daily commute a bit inconvenient without a peonal vehicle. Otherwise, it's a peaceful living environment.
