NG Estate has included thoughtful amenities such as a spa and a reflexology park, which are perfect for relaxation. The project is ready to move in, and I was pleased with the use of Class 1 construction material. The price was around 1.57 Crore, which was at the higher end but justifiable given the spaciousness and quality. The significant open green area is also a major plus for enjoying nature.
