I bought a 3 BHK villa in Clear Green Valley, a Cleartitle Properties project in South Bangalore. The location in Begur is decent, and it's good that it's a ready-to-move property. The 2300 sq.ft built up area provides comfortable living space. I liked the idea of having a badminton court and a table tennis facility within the complex for recreation. The 24x7 water supply is also crucial. While the project has many good points, the access road to the main road could be improved. It's a bit narrow, and traffic can be slow during certain times of the day. Apart from that, the amenities like the swimming pool and gym are well-maintained.
