We were renting and decided it was time to buy. Clear Green Valley Plots by Cleartitle Properties in Mylasandra seemed like a good place to invest in land. The plot sizes are 1200 Sq.ft and 1500 Sq.ft, and we chose a 1200 Sq.ft one for 42 Lakhs. It's located near Hosur Road and National Highway-48, which is good for connectivity. The project includes tree plantation and landscaping, which adds to the aesthetic appeal. It's a ready-to-move-in project, completed in December 2015. The price is competitive for the area. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it gets a bit dusty during dry weather. The availability of storm water drains is a plus.

It's close to Hosur Road and Begur Koppa Road, making weekend getaways easier. We looked at plots around 1200 Sq.ft. The prices are between 42 to 52.5 Lakhs, which felt a bit steep but manageable for us. The idea of a spacious property in a gated community with an Olympic size swimming pool and cycling track is very appealing. It's ready to move, so we can start planning the construction soon. The only downside is the distance to the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station, which is nearby.

The project by Cleartitle Properties in Bannerghatta, Mylasandra is strategically located near Silk Board and off Hosur Road. I purchased a 1500 Sq.ft plot for about 52.5 Lakhs. The price point is reasonable considering the area's development potential and its status as Ready to Move since December 2015. The amenities like rainwater harvesting and storm water drains are practical features. My only concern is the lack of readily available bank loan information, which made the initial process a bit uncertain. However, the gated community aspect and 24x7 security are very reassuring for an investment.

I wanted my own space and bought a plot at Clear Green Valley Plots. The location in Bannerghatta is quite accessible, especially being off Hosur Road. I purchased a 1200 Sq.ft plot, which cost me around 42 Lakhs. Cleartitle Properties has included a lot of amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and indoor games, which is great. The gated community feel with 24x7 security is very important for me. It's ready to move, so I can start planning my house construction soon. The only minor issue is that the roads within the community are a bit narrow for comfortable parking if you have multiple vehicles, but overall it's a good deal.

The location off Hosur Road is convenient for commuting, although traffic can be quite heavy during peak houI bought a 1200 Sq.ft plot and the price was within my budget, around 42 Lakhs. The developer, Cleartitle Properties, mentioned good amenities like a gymnasium and landscaped gardens, which are important for me. I'm hoping the construction around the area doesn't cause too much dust. It's ready to move, which is a big plus as I need to relocate soon. The proximity to National Highway-48 is also a plus for travelling.

Finding a place with good amenities for the kids was our priority. Clear Green Valley Plots offea children play area and landscaped gardens, which my children loved during our site visit. We bought a 1500 Sq.ft plot here in Bannerghatta. It's a gated community and has 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The price was around 52.5 Lakhs for the larger plot. It's also convenient that Christ Academy ICSE School is nearby. Cleartitle Properties has provided good civic amenities. My only slight worry is that the OC received status is not available, which is something we are looking into. The area is developing well though.
