It's a gated community and has a children's play area which is great for our kids. Cleartitle Properties has included amenities like landscaped gardens and tree plantation, making it a pleasant environment. The location in Mullur is also good, near Delhi Public School. It's ready to move. The only downside is that the Nallur Halli Metro Station is over nearby, which might be an issue for commuting within the city if we don't use our car.
