The main reason for choosing this project was its proximity to the National Institute of Ophthalmology, which is nearby, and the Dapodi Metro Station which is very close. My parents can easily commute. The carpet area of 544 sq.ft is adequate for them. Classic Promoteand Buildedelivered the project around March 2025, and it's ready to move in, which is perfect. I did not find any information on OC received, which is something I would have preferred to see. However, the gated community aspect provides good security for them.
