The carpet area for our 2 BHK is 797 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. City Ethernal LLP P is the developer. We are mostly excited about the indoor games facility and the gymnasium. The construction is ongoing, with completion set for December 2030. While the location is great, parking availability is something we are keeping an eye on, as it can get congested in Shukrawar Peth.     We looked at City Sarasnagar for a home close to work. The location in Shukrawar Peth, Dadawadi is quite central, and it is good that Apollo Spectra Hospitals and Seth Dagaduram Katariya English Medium High School are right there at zero kilometedistance. This makes life easier for family. The project is under construction and completion is expected by December 2030, which is a bit far out but acceptable for a government job. They have 2 and 3 BHK options. We are considering a 2 BHK around 800 square feet carpet area. The developer, City Ethernal LLP P, seems reliable. We are also looking forward to the gymnasium and community buildings. The only slight worry is the traffic in that area during peak hou, but that’s common for Pune.

The 3 BHK apartments have a good carpet area, ranging from 1098 square feet to 1465 square feet, which provides enough room for our children. Having Seth Dagaduram Katariya English Medium High School literally next door is a huge advantage. We also noted the 24x7 water supply and the fire alarm systems, which are important for family safety. The project by City Ethernal LLP P is still under construction, with an expected completion date of December 2030. A minor concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction site, which is expected. We are looking forward to the landscaping and tree planting to make it greener.
