The 2 BHK apartment size of 1080 square feet felt comfortable. I really liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security, making me feel safe. The location in Manish Nagar is developing nicely. Having a lift and 24x7 water supply are basic but important things for a fit-time buyer like me. The only thing is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby was a bit botheome during the visit.
