After retirement, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. City Next Godavari Residency seemed like a good option as it was already completed. I opted for a 1 BHK with a carpet area of about 590 sq.ft. The price was in the lower range, around 22 Lakhs. The availability of 24x7 security and 24x7 water supply were important factofor me. The location in Dwarka is peaceful, and the paved compound makes for pleasant walks. The proximity to the highway is useful for occasional travel. My only minor gripe is that OC was not available, which is a bit unusual for a completed project, but the builder, City Next Develope, seems reputable.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat and found City Next Godavari Residency. The 2 BHK we got has a carpet area of 885 sq.ft, which is quite spacious for us. It's good that it's completed and we could see the actual flat before booking. The price was around 32 Lakhs, which fit our budget. Having Rangubai Junnare High School so close is convenient for future planning. The entrance lobby looks decent. Parking is okay, not too cramped. We haven't faced any issues with the 24x7 water supply so far. Overall, it feels like a good deal for the price and location.

The location in Dwarka is quite accessible, and it’s convenient that Panchwati Bus Depot is only a 4-minute drive away. I appreciate the amenities like the children's play area, even though I don't have kids, it makes the place feel family-friendly. The paved compound is also nice.
