Citadil Ashwini Homes is located in Ramamurthy Nagar, which has seen good development over the yeaThe price was reasonable back then, around 35.4 Lakhs. While the project was completed in November 2011, and it's ready to move, the absence of an OC certificate is a bit concerning from a legal pepective, though it hasn't caused us issues so far. The gymnasium and children's play area are well-maintained. The proximity to TC Palya Main Road is convenient for daily commutes.

My wife and I bought a 2 BHK in Citadil Ashwini Homes. We were looking for something ready to move and in Bangalore East. The flat size is good, around 1155 Sq.ft. The price was about 38 Lakhs, which fit our savings and loan eligibility. The location near Anandapura Circle is fine, but the traffic on TC Palya Main Road can be quite heavy during morning and evening office times. We liked the gymnasium and the multipurpose room. Sathya Sai Hospital being so close is also a plus for emergencies. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings.
