I purchased a 2 BHK flat here in Choice Goodwill Fabian Phase 2, specifically the 636 sq.ft configuration. The project by Unique Choice Ventures is ready to move, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. It is located in Lohegaon, Pune. The presence of fire fighting systems and storm water drains adds to the safety and proper infrastructure. Having 24x7 water supply is also a major benefit. The area is developing, and I believe it’s a sensible purchase. I am happy with the overall development and the timely completion in December 2023.

We decided on a 2 BHK flat in Choice Goodwill Fabian Phase 2. The 532 sq.ft carpet area was sufficient for our small family. What really attracted us was the proximity to Pragatti International Schools, nearby, making school runs much easier. The landscaping and tree planting around the community buildings make it pleasant. Unique Choice Ventures has provided good community buildings. The only slight drawback is that the area can get dusty during dry spells due to ongoing development nearby. Still, the overall infrastructure and ready-to-move status were key factofor us.

The location in Lohegaon is quite accessible, and it’s great that Pragatti International Schools is nearby, though I don't have kids yet, it’s good for future resale value. The amenities like footpaths and street lighting are well done. My only minor issue is that the internal roads could be a bit wider, sometimes it feels a little congested. Unique Choice Ventures provided decent construction quality.

Location in Lohegaon is decent, not too far from the city. We liked the idea of rain water harvesting and solid waste management. My partner is happy with the 24x7 water supply. Parking is open which is fine for one car. The developer, Unique Choice Ventures, seems to have finished the project by December 2023 which is good. Overall, it met our basic needs.
