It's in CV Raman Nagar, so the commute to our office in Bellandur is about 30 minutes, which is okay. The main issue is parking, it’s quite tight, especially if you have guests. We had to adjust a bit. The construction was completed in July 2014, so it's an older building but seems well maintained for its age. We are hoping the builder, Chitrakut Estates, continues to keep it in good shape. The location is convenient for daily needs.

Getting a place near good schools was our priority. HAL Public School is a short distance, which is fantastic for the kids. We booked a 1 BHK at Chitrakut Gopuri. It's 500 square feet, which is a bit compact, but workable for now. The other good thing is Cloudnine Hospital is a short distance, very reassuring. The metro station at Baiyappanahalli is about 2.35 kilomete, so that’s a bit of a walk or a short auto ride, not too bad. Chitrakut Estates has handed over the property, and it's ready to move in. The area is generally busy, so traffic can be a concern during peak hou, but we are managing.
