We chose Chitrakut Dham primarily for its location near Global City International School, which is nearby, making school runs much easier. The children's play area and the sports area were big selling points for our kids. The 2 BHK flat offedecent space for our family, and the ultramodern interioare pleasant. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The club house is a nice addition for family time. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. My only reservation is the traffic on Bairasandra Main Road during peak hou, which can be a bit much. But for the kids' school proximity, it’s a trade-off we are willing to make.
