The project was ready to move in December 2021. The price of 51.77 Lakh was acceptable for the amenities provided, such as car parking and 24x7 water supply. The gated community aspect is a definite plus for peace of mind. While the Alandur Depot Bus Stop is a bit far at 7.9 kilomete, the immediate locality in Mugalivakkam is quiet. I am pleased with the overall construction quality I've observed.
