    I bought a 4 BHK villa in Chirag Surya Interia. The carpet area is 2800 square feet, which is plenty of space for my family. It is ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after the paperwork. The developer, Chirag Construction, has a reasonable reputation. The proximity to Podar International School, nearby, is a significant advantage for my children. IRIS HOSPITAL is also not too far, about 5 kilometeMy only minor concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy on Bakrol Anand Road during peak hou, but it's manageable for my commute. Overall, it is a good property for the price.

Being ready to move meant I could settle in without any delay. The location in Hari Om Nagar, Bakrol Part is relatively peaceful, although reaching the main Anand city might take a little longer than expected. Having IRIS HOSPITAL just under 5 kilometeaway offepeace of mind. The closed car parking is convenient. I do find the overall layout of the villa a bit dated compared to newer constructions, but the build quality seems sturdy. It serves the purpose for a quiet retirement.

Having Podar International School right at nearby distance was the main reason we chose this location in Anand. My kids can walk to school easily. The community offeclosed car parking, which is a necessity for us. While the villa itself is spacious and ready to move, the dust from the ongoing development in the surrounding areas can be a bit of an issue sometimes. Vallabh Vidhyanagar Bus Stop is about 3.4 kilometeaway, which is convenient for occasional travel. We are happy with the space provided.

    We were looking for a spacious villa and Chirag Surya Interia came up. The 4 BHK villas here are huge, especially the 4680 square feet carpet area one we are considering. It’s ready to move which was a big plus for us as we didn’t want to wait. The location in Hari Om Nagar, Bakrol Part is decent, close to Podar International School which is great for future planning. The main road access is okay, though it takes a little bit of driving through lanes to reach the main Bakrol Anand Road. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. We haven't finalized yet, still comparing options.
