We decided on Chintels Serenity Phase 1 Tower 3 4 5 Pocket B primarily for our children. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was June 2013. We bought a 3 BHK apartment which is around 2380 sq.ft. The kids play area and the cricket pitch were big draws for us. Having Euro International School 109 nearby at nearby is incredibly convenient. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The developer, Chintels India Ltd, has included a kid's pool which the children are very excited about. The only minor drawback is the noise from the nearby expressway can be noticeable sometimes, even with the VRV air conditioning. We are still settling in.

The location in Sector-109, Gurgaon, near Dwarka Expressway, is quite convenient for travel, especially with the airport only nearby. The price point felt reasonable for the built-up area. One thing that concerned me during the site visit was the air quality due to ongoing construction nearby, but the VRV air conditioning in these toweis supposed to help with that. Chintels India Ltd seems to have a good track record for delivery, and the project was completed back in June 2013. The low density of just two apartments per floor is also a significant plus for privacy.

The price was around 2.38 Cr. The innovative open spaces and the three unique gardens are beautiful for evening walks. The location in Sector-109, Village Babupur, near Dwarka Expressway, is excellent for connectivity. The club house and gymnasium facilities are also very appealing. While the project is ready to move and was completed in June 2013, the OC received status isn't readily available, which is a bit of a concern for us. We are hoping Chintels India Ltd addresses this. The low density of 2 apartments per floor is definitely a plus.

The VRV air conditioning is a great feature, and the three unique gardens with sculptures add a nice touch. Being close to the Dwarka Expressway, just 150m away, makes our commutes much easier. We also appreciate the Vastu compliance. The price was at the higher end, 4.39 Cr, but the lifestyle amenities like the spa and clubhouse are excellent. The Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 Metro Station is also quite close at nearby, which is a bonus for us.
