    We chose Chintamani Tower mainly for our kids' school. Adah Vidyalaya Chikhli is nearby, which is very convenient for drop-offs and pick-ups. The project is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for a family with young children. We visited the site and the common areas looked well-maintained. My only concern is the parking situation; it looked a bit tight when we visited, and with two ca, it might be a challenge. Nitin Vasantrao Padghan is the developer. The apartment itself feels comfortable, and the location in Gandhi Nagar is developing nicely.
