  We chose Chintamani Tower mainly for our kids' school. Adah Vidyalaya Chikhli is nearby, which is very convenient for drop-offs and pick-ups. The project is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for a family with young children. We visited the site and the common areas looked well-maintained. My only concern is the parking situation; it looked a bit tight when we visited, and with two ca, it might be a challenge. Nitin Vasantrao Padghan is the developer. The apartment itself feels comfortable, and the location in Gandhi Nagar is developing nicely.

  Decided to buy this place for my parents back home in Buldhana. It's ready to move in which is a big relief. The location in Chikhli, Gandhi Nagar seems decent. I checked with a local contact and they mentioned Jawanjal Hospital is quite close, only nearby, which is important for elderly people. Also, there is 24x7 water supply which is essential. The developer Nitin Vasantrao Padghan seems to have a few projects, so hopefully, the quality is consistent. My main concern is being so far away and not being able to oveee things directly, but the ready-to-move status makes it easier than under-construction. Hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.
