The swimming pool and the gazebo are nice touches. The location on Parimal Cross Road is excellent, very central. My parents can easily access places like Anandnagar Road. Arihant Infraspace delivered by May 2023, which was timely. The price was around 1.21 crore, which is reasonable for the area and size. The 24x7 water supply is a critical feature for them. I am hoping they will be comfortable there.
