It's located in Narasapura, Off Hoskote, Bangalore East. I liked the solar lighting feature mentioned in the amenities, and also the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The project is ready to move, so I could shift in soon after booking. Chhabra Properties offered this unit, and it felt like a good start to owning a home. The proximity to Shri Ram Global School is also a plus.

The nearby OMR road is also a plus for connectivity. One downside is the traffic can get heavy on the main road during peak hou, especially towards Budigere cross.

The budget was around 23 Lakhs, which felt reasonable given the location in Bangalore East, Narasapura. It's ready to move, which was a priority for me. My only concern is the OC received status, which was not available at the time of purchase. Amenities like the multipurpose room and landscaping are good. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it gets a bit dusty. It's a decent investment for a government employee like me looking for a stable home.
