  We were looking for a residential plot in Krishnagiri, and Cheran Nagar caught our eye. The fact that it is ready to move was a significant factor, as we wanted to start planning our home construction immediately. We are currently renting, and this is a big step up. The location in Mittahalli is developing, and we found the proximity to MKS GopiKrishna Matric Hr. Sec School, nearby, quite convenient. Thiru K Gunasekaran is the developer. The plot configuration gives us the freedom to design our dream home. We did notice some traffic noise from the nearby main road, which can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable.

  After retirement, we wanted a peaceful place to settle in Krishnagiri, and Cheran Nagar in Mittahalli seemed suitable. The residential plots offer the flexibility to build our home exactly as we envision it. It is ready to move, which simplified our process. We appreciated that the developer, Thiru K Gunasekaran, provided clear documentation for the plots located at S Nos.204/3a, 3b, 208/1a1. While the area is generally quiet, the road leading to the project site could be better maintained. It's a narrow lane for about 200 mete, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially during monsoons. However, the overall tranquility of the location compensates for this.

  Securing a plot in Cheran Nagar was a good move for us. It is ready to move, which meant we could finalize our decision without waiting for construction. The location in Mittahalli, Krishnagiri, is reasonably accessible. A major plus is its proximity to MKS GopiKrishna Matric Hr. Sec School, which is just nearby, making it convenient for families with school-going children. Thiru K Gunasekaran developed this project. We are happy with the purchase for now. My only minor concern is that the area outside the project might get dusty during dry spells, but that is typical for many developing localities.
