  Finding a ready-to-move home with good schools nearby was our priority, and Chendur Shiv Balan ticked those boxes. Being close to D. A. V. Public School is a huge relief for us. The Velachery location offegood connectivity, and it’s reassuring to have Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital nearby. We are concerned about the traffic congestion in Velachery, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, which can be quite heavy. However, the development by Chendur Homes offea comfortable living environment. The proximity to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, at nearby, is also useful for weekend outings.
