We booked a 2 BHK which is 1198 Sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for us right now. The price point was within our budget, around 1.41 Crore for our unit. Ready to move in was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The builder, CHD DevelopeLtd, seems to have a good track record. The cricket pitch and amphitheater are nice touches for the weekends. The only slight issue is the traffic getting onto Sohna Road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
