    We were looking for a spacious villa and found Chartered Grasshopper. We are considering the 4 BHK configuration which starts around 4010 square feet. The price is definitely on the higher side, starting from 5.09 crore, but the villa sizes are quite large. It's ready to move, which is great as we wanted to settle in quickly. The availability of a swimming pool and a yoga/meditation area is appealing to us. The location in Basapura, South Bangalore, is okay, but the traffic on Hosur Road can be quite bad during peak hou, making the commute difficult. We also noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby.
