I purchased a 2 BHK in ChandraKantha GCA Rainbow. The location in Chandapura is decent, and it's relatively close to Hosur Road at nearby, which helps with connectivity. The built-up area is 1080 sq.ft, which feels quite comfortable for a single peon. The price was reasonable, around 32 Lakh. My main concern is the traffic congestion on Hosur Road during peak hou; it can make getting to work a challenge. However, the availability of a gymnasium and 24x7 security provides a sense of safety. Ashish Agarwal Buildecompleted this project a while back, in 2012, so it’s a stable property. The rain water harvesting system is a good eco-friendly feature.

We moved into ChandraKantha GCA Rainbow a few months after retirement. The quiet environment and the gymnasium were attractive features for us. We opted for a 2 BHK flat around 900 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for two. The price was in the lower range, approximately 28 Lakh, which suited our retirement budget. The proximity to Suryanagar Bus Depot, a short distance, is convenient for occasional travel. While the project was completed in December 2012, the maintenance seems okay. My only reservation is the availability of a hospital within very close proximity; Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center is a short distance, which is acceptable but not ideal. The developer, Ashish Agarwal Builde, has delivered a functional living space.

The price point was competitive, within our budget of about 40 Lakh. We got it because it was ready to move in and we didn't want to wait for construction. The 24x7 security is a big plus for us. We were a bit concerned about the construction quality, but it seems decent enough. The developer, Ashish Agarwal Builde, delivered this project back in 2012. The main issue is the road access, it's not great and can get dusty during dry weather. Power backup is available, which is essential.
