We've been renting in Goa for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. Chandra Emerald in Mapusa, North Goa caught our eye. The idea of a ready-to-move-in flat was very appealing. We are looking at a 1 RK Studio Apartment which has a built-up area of 743 square feet. The proximity to schools and hospitals is fantastic, both are nearby. We also liked the fact that there's a swimming pool and a gymnasium available for residents. Chandra Real Estate Developehave built this project. My only hesitation is the lack of detailed information on the price and budget, as that wasn't provided, and the cineplex mentioned is a bit of a draw but also might add noise.

It's also very close to Mapusa Bus Terminus, which is handy for getting around. The developer, Chandra Real Estate Develope, has a project that was ready to move in since January 2014. My only slight concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. However, the landscaping and tree planting does make the complex look quite green.
