The 3 BHK configuration provides a spacious 2740 Sq.ft built-up area, which is ample for my needs. The proximity to St. Joseph's Boys' High School (3.7 km) and Manipal Hospital MilleRoad (2.4 km) offeconvenience and peace of mind. Being ready to move meant I could settle in without delay. While the location is central, the access road to the apartment complex itself could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow. Still, the overall convenience of the area is good.

The location is fantastic; it’s close to Old Madras Road and Hosur Road, making our commutes easier. We also liked that Shivajinagara Bus Station is nearby. The flat is ready to move, which was a big plus. The only slight drawback is that during certain times of the day, the noise from the nearby main roads can be noticeable inside the apartment, even though the flat itself is quite spacious. However, compared to our old rental, this is a massive improvement.
