We moved into Chandan Heritage about six months ago. The location in Lohegaon is super convenient for my office near the airport, taking maybe five minutes. My partner liked the 2 BHK flat, it has a carpet area of 715 square feet which feels spacious enough for us right now. The construction by Chandan Construction Co. Looks decent. We were a bit worried about the water supply, but it's been consistent 24/7, which is great. The only small issue is that the internal roads within the complex can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but they are planting more trees which should help. Overall, it's been a good experience so far.

We chose Chandan Heritage primarily because of its proximity to Isabellas International School, which is practically nearby. That was a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK flat we got has a good carpet area of 715 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play inside. The developer, Chandan Construction Co., has provided good amenities like a club house and solid waste management. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex also add a nice touch. Water supply has been reliable, which is crucial with children. The only minor drawback we've noticed is that the traffic on Porwal Road can get quite heavy during peak school drop-off and pick-up times, but it's manageable.

Living in Chandan Heritage has been quite convenient for my work. The Pune International airport is nearby, making travel much easier. I have a 1 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 485 square feet. It’s a manageable size for me, and the layout is functional. The project by Chandan Construction Co. Is ready to move in, which was important since I didn't want to wait. Having 24/7 water supply and closed car parking are definite advantages. My only real concern is the noise from the nearby univeity road, especially on weekends. It's not constant, but it can be noticeable. However, for the convenience and amenities provided, it’s a trade-off I’m willing to make.

The carpet area is 485 square feet, which is standard for a single-occupancy unit and should be attractive for renteLohegaon is an area with good future growth potential, and being close to DY Patil Univeity Road is a plus. Chandan Construction Co. Completed the project by December 2021, which is what they committed to. I haven't visited the site recently, but based on the initial purchase, the deal seemed reasonable for the location and size. My main concern is the accessibility to the main road; you have to navigate through some internal lanes which might be a slight deterrent for some tenants.
