    We bought a 2 BHK here a few months ago. The location in Kodigehalli, North Bangalore is quite convenient for my commute to the office. The built-up area for our 2 BHK is 1180 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our small family. The price was within our budget, around 45 Lakhs. Chalukya Developeseem to have a good reputation. The construction quality looks solid so far. One thing I've noticed is that the roads leading to the project can get quite congested during peak hou, which is a bit of a drawback. The children's play area is a nice touch, and the swimming pool is well-maintained.
