I also like that the State Highway no 15 and National Highway no 47 are just a few minutes away, making it easy to travel out of the city if needed. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The sewage treatment plant is a good environmental feature. My only minor concern is the road leading to the project can be a little narrow, but it's not a major issue for me.
