The convenience of being just a stone's throw away from the hospital is invaluable, saving me precious commute time. The project by Chaitanyar Buildeis ready to move, which was ideal given my immediate need for accommodation. The surrounding area offegood connectivity, with Arcot road being just zero kilometeaway. While the flat is functional, the room sizes are a bit on the smaller side, which is a slight compromise for the prime location and proximity to work.

We picked Chaitanyar Chaitanyar mainly because of its location. Being right next to Velammal Vidyalaya in Mogappair West is a huge advantage for our children's schooling. The access to Arcot road is also excellent, making family outings and errands much easier. The flat we got is spacious enough for our family, and it's ready to move in, which was perfect. The only minor concern is the dust from the nearby road during certain times of the day, but we are managing with air purifieIt's a good neighbourhood for families.

I moved into Chaitanyar Chaitanyar a few weeks ago. The location is excellent, right on Arcot road, which makes getting around Chennai very easy. It's also very close to Apollo Hospitals, which was a major factor for me. The building itself is decent, and the flat is comfortable enough for one peon. Chaitanyar Buildeseem to have a good reputation in the area. My only small issue is that the traffic on Arcot road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's expected given the central location. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live after a long career.
