It is ready to move in which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Sector 48, Faridabad seems promising with St. John's School practically next door, which is great for future planning. We also looked at the children's play area, it seems safe enough for kids. The security staff is also present 24x7 which gives us peace of mind. Getting around seems easy with Mathura Road and the Express Highway nearby. Overall, it felt like a good fit step into home ownehip.
