It is ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Sector 51 is quite central, close to Amity International School and Cloudnine Hospital, making life convenient. The price point of 2.96 Crore onwards is definitely on the higher side, but we feel the size and amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium justify it. Parking is available, but sometimes finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge during peak houOverall, we are happy with the decision.
