Finally moved out of our rental into a 3 BHK at CGHS Tarun. The spaciousness at 2350 square feet is a huge upgrade. Being close to Manav Rachna International School (1.5 KM) is a major plus for our children. We also liked the community hall and the children's play area. The 24x7 security and power backup give us peace of mind. The only real downside is the connectivity to the metro station; Millennium City Centre is nearby, which is a bit far if you rely on the metro. The price of 2.54 Crore was pushing our budget, but the quality seems good.
