We were renting in Sector 56 and decided to buy our own place. CGHS Samanvay Apartment was a project we looked at. We got a 3 BHK, around 2160 square feet, for 2.63 Crore. It's much bigger than our rental, which is great. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is good, and we liked that Bharti International Convent School is so close. The apartment is ready to move in. One thing we noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, given it's an older building in a busy area. Overall, it’s a decent upgrade from renting.
