The size of the 4 BHK flats, around 3000 square feet, is perfect for our growing family and offemuch more space than our previous rental. The idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium right here was very appealing. It is also very convenient that Artemis Hospital is just a short walk away. The price for a 4 BHK, around 1.8 Cr, was within our budget after considering our home loan. The rain water harvesting system is also a good environmental feature. The only small issue is that the Wi-Fi can sometimes be a bit slow during peak usage times. Overall, we are happy with the move.
