The developer, CGHS Group, has ensured good landscaping and tree plantation, making the environment pleasant. The 24x7 security is also a big factor for us. While the construction quality appeasolid, the accessibility to key landmarks is good, but during peak hou, the roads around Sector 45 can get quite congested. Still, it’s a good choice for families.
