We recently moved into CGHS Hewo Apartment, specifically a 1050 square feet 2 BHK. The biggest advantage for us was the zero distance to Manav Rachna International School; the kids can just walk. It’s also great that Medanta - The Medicity is so close for any medical emergencies. The apartment itself has good ventilation and the Vastu compliant design was a plus. We have access to a children's play area and a theme park which the kids absolutely love. Power backup is reliable. My only minor gripe is that the Wi-Fi installation took a bit longer than expected, and sometimes the roads around Gh 19 can get busy with hospital traffic. But overall, the community feels safe with 24x7 security.

We picked CGHS Hewo Apartment for my parents as it's ready to move in and close to Medanta - The Medicity, which is important. The 1050 square feet 2 BHK size seems comfortable for them. While I haven't seen it myself, my father mentioned the layout is quite good and they appreciated the visitor parking available. The location in Sector 31, Gh 19 is also convenient for daily needs. My only small concern is the price point, which felt a little high, but given the location and readiness, we decided it was acceptable for their needs. We really liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium right within the complex. It’s also great that Manav Rachna International School is practically next door, though we don’t have kids yet. The connectivity to Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway and NH-48 is also good for our commutes to work.
